Salary: £50k - £60k per annum

Could you help create comms to engage with some of the coolest designers on the planet? Are you great at strategic thinking but don’t mind dabbling in PowerPoints for one of the biggest logistics companies in the world? Like people and line management responsibility? Love cake? We’re a lovely bunch of people based in Farnham, working on internal communications with an exciting client base. We do a great job, helping businesses make work better and living our values of being bold and inspiring (to name just two). The pace is fast and the business is developing, so we’re looking for someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and throw themselves into our agency, but still with a strategic head on their shoulders to enable top level thinking with senior stakeholders.

Do you have commercial acumen, and would you be able to help us work smarter and lead the account management team in developing their clients further? Would you be happy to head up competitive pitches for both new business and current clients? Are you as at home writing comms plans as you are at writing pitch documents?

With lots of comms experience under your belt, preferably in an agency environment, you’ll love the opportunity to really develop your own clients and help us grow our business in the UK, Europe and worldwide. You’ll also love eating cake and maybe even making the odd one or two!

The flexibility to travel is a must as this role requires regular overseas travel, both in Europe and worldwide.

Accounts and Office Manager 

Part time (15-20 hours per week)

Farnham, Surrey

£25,000 - £30,000 pro-rata

Do you have a fantastic finance brain?  Are you as comfortable maintaining the sales ledger as you are overseeing our management accounts?  Are you a naturally organised person who enjoys keeping everything in order and ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to?  Would working part time hours around your schedule be beneficial to you? Love cake? If so, this could be just the job for you!

The pace is fast and the business is growing, so we’re looking for a truly brilliant Accounts and Office Manager to enable us to work better, ensure our systems are adhered to and support our fabulous team.

The role is extremely varied and covers both bookkeeping and day-to-day office management, so you will need to be extremely organised and used to juggling several tasks.  The main areas of responsibility (to name just a few!) include sales and purchase ledger management; credit control; cashflow forecasting; regular liaison with our payroll bureau; petty cash and expense claims; bank account and credit card reconciliation; as well as leading the transition to achieve our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.

Our ideal candidate will be AAT qualified and have previous experience as a Bookkeeper, with a solid understanding of accounting payable/receivable principles.  Experience of using QuickBooks is also essential.
