To commemorate DHL Express’s 40th birthday, theblueballroom was briefed to provide a contemporary solution for all employees to celebrate the anniversary globally.
We created an online photo competition wall to which all employees could contribute photos and narrative that celebrated aspects of DHL’s culture.
The results far exceeded DHL’s expectations, with 18,000 registered users uploading over 2,800 photos from 112 countries. Across the length of the campaign, it achieved 1.97 million page views, 5.6 million hits and close to 90 media clippings. The campaign won 2 awards for best use of digital in employee communications.
