LSG Sky Chefs (a subsidiary of Lufthansa). Research support

LSG Sky Chefs needed support during the research phase of their Employer Brand and Employer Value Proposition (EVP) development. The aim of the three month project was to agree and document the exact task of the EVP Project Team which would be carried out by LSG Sky Chefs. Our research and analysis of existing data would ultimately provide a clear picture of the company’s current EVP as seen from both internal and external audiences.

Working directly with the global senior HR Core team, we delivered a combination of desk research, as well as conducting external audits and interviews with key stakeholders internal and external to the company. Work included:

  • Individual phone interviews with the HR Core team and third party stakeholders including media and recruitment partners to identify the scope of the EVP/Employee journey
  • Information sourced to get an insight into the employee experience from recruitment onwards, identifying areas of focus (e.g. Benefits, Environment, Culture)
  • Identification of gaps of information

Based on robust research adhering to our strict research methodology, we were able to provide LSG Sky Chefs with a clear report of our findings. We facilitated an in-depth workshop with the global senior HR Core team and proposed EVP Project Team members to map the research findings against the agreed EVP Framework.
