DHL Global Forwarding. An employee engagement campaign

When DHL Global Forwarding brought together three former regions to form one single region covering Europe, Middle East and Africa, the company needed to drive awareness and engender pride in a region whilst positioning a new business direction.

We developed an internal campaign to communicate the single identity of the new region across:

  • An employee film
  • A strategy booklet
  • Employee leaflet
  • Roll-up banners
  • Posters and certificates

The initial campaign was rolled out successfully across the region, with the collateral being used across various channels from conferences to newsletters, and with many downloads of the video. Two additional phases were then developed: the first gathered success stories from employees in their local areas, and then a third phase celebrated the best of these stories globally.
