Broccoli mash is the perfect carb free alternative to mashed potato, or if you're me, accompaniment with any sort of potato!! You can have it with meat, or just eat a bowl of it for supper on the sofa with some grated cheese on top. It's healthy and we love it. Recipe. (serves 4 as side dish)

2 broccolis 3 tbspoons of half fat crème fraiche Salt and pepper to taste (if you’re feeling naughty, a sprinkle of parmesan)

-Boil the broccoli until it’s really soft and drain -Add the crème fraiche -Mash until smooth -Add salt and pepper to taste -(Add the naughty parmesan)

This goes well with; trying to be healthy, pork belly, Level 42 and a rainy evening.
