Even if you missed Sophie's new year post the other day, you might still be able to guess that one of the most popular new year resolutions (or SMART goals, as Soph has taught us) at tbbr towers this year is to eat healthier and get fitter in 2015. The office is buzzing with renewed determination to start pilates again, to kick that 3pm chocolate habit, or simply to ditch the car and walk more often - and the fridge is stacked with Tupperwares of salad, sitting next to each other in firm solidarity. Our Junior Graphic Designer, Russell, has been coaching us on one of the latest health trends - juicing (Russell was doing it before it was cool, just so you know). He makes and brings in his own juices and smoothies to sip at his desk every day and the rest of us are finally cottoning on that this is probably a very good idea. I asked Russell to share one of his recipes with us:

Russell's January Juice

You will need:

2 green apples

1/2 a fresh pineapple

100g spinach

2 stalks celery

1/2 a cucumber

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

Simply add all the ingredients to your juicer (or blender, for a smoothie) and whizz. Taste and adjust the ingredients if required.

Can't get much healthier than that - enjoy!
