As a business, giveaways seem counter-intuitive. Why give potential customers free items/services when you are trying to charge for them?

Building customer loyalty is often one the most important things a business can do if it wishes to secure a bright future. Not only that, but if someone who has never heard of your business receives a giveaway and they are impressed, they may very well be likely to return as a paying customer.

As long as you don’t go too much overboard, giveaways can be vital to your chances of success.
