A crisis can be every business’s worst nightmare; bad PR and negative customer experience can cause irreparable damage to an organisation’s reputation if handled incorrectly.
Our new crisis PR workshop is designed to help businesses build and develop their crisis communications plans and understand how the media responds when a crisis breaks.
The workshop will be hosted by two experts from theblueballroom team, Christina Relf and Simon Carroll. Christina is a PR professional with both client and agency experience, and Simon is a journalist and has experience of being a leader writer for one of Britain’s biggest-selling daily newspapers. Our crisis PR workshop offers a unique opportunity to approach crisis PR planning from both the PR and media perspectives.
The workshop is suitable for all PR, marketing and communications professionals as well as senior executives and relevant spokespeople. Whether delegates have a crisis plan in place but want to ensure it is fit for purpose, or they are starting from scratch, our workshop aims to ensure that everyone can be confident in creating a robust plan and, crucially, that they gain a greater understanding of how to work closely with the media for the best outcomes from the perspective of reputation management.
