Back in September, I joined a whole host of marketing and IT professionals at the Enterprise 2.0 Forum in Cologne, Germany.
It proved a great way to meet like-minded industry people and, together, we listened to some interesting case studies exploring Web 2.0 solutions and what they mean for internal communications.
Fear of transparency and conservatism appeared the main concerns to introducing Web 2.0 technology, with many nervous about being unable to control content and therefore the possible consequences. Surely these concerns are outweighed by the benefits.
As speakers, Suw Charman-Anderson and JP Rangaswami stood out for me.
